Hampton Inn Laplace

After a long overnight trip we were able to come and check right in with no waiting, problems or hassles. All the staff were wonderful, eg, the front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast hostess. I was really impressed when I walked through the room door and saw my name on the TV screen welcoming me. The beds were very comfy, the decor in the room was simply beautiful, and I really enjoyed the workout room with all new Peloton equipment. Lastly, I really enjoyed the hot variety breakfast that was provided daily, eg, scrambled eggs or omelette, sausage links, patty, and/or smoked sausage, pancakes with a choice of fruit toppings, nuts, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and syrup. Also, there was fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries, toast and bagels, milk, juice, tea and coffee.

Upon entering the property, Ms. Vicki (head of housekeeping) greeted me with a big, bright smile (which is a rarity these days) as she was mopping the foyer. She was AMAZINGLY pleasant! Ju at the front desk made checking-in FUN! MOST IMPORTANTLY, the property was EXTREMELY CLEAN and I didn’t have to beg for face towels as there were enough to last through our stay. When visiting Nola, this will always be my hotel of choice!

The breakfast was great, it had a wonderful variety of food! The beds were very comfortable that lead to a good nights sleep. The staff was quite pleasant and we felt safe.

Bed and pillows were comfortable to my taste. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good enough with egg, sausage, biscuits, hot oatmeal and bunch of other items.
